Where can I find the factory equipment list for my Charger?

4EA — Marks the document section that lists factory-installed optional equipment. Browse Sales Code codes →

I bought my 2018 Charger GT used with zero paperwork, not even an owner's manual. I want a complete list of the factory equipment it left the plant with, mostly to figure out which package it has before I sell it next spring. The dealer that sold it to me shrugged and said to look at the trunk lid badges, which is not exactly scientific. Where do you all pull the original factory equipment list for these cars? Is the VIN enough, or do I need something from Dodge directly?

VIN is enough. The equipment listing generated from your VIN shows every factory option line by line. Badges only tell you trim, not options, so ignore that dealer advice.

When I sold my last car I printed the VIN equipment report and taped it inside the door. Buyers loved it. Takes five minutes and it settles every argument about what the car does or does not have.

Also worth calling Dodge customer care with your VIN. They read back the original option list over the phone, which is a nice cross-check against whatever report you pull online.

Pulled the report tonight and it lists way more than I expected, including a cold weather group I did not know I had. Heated steering wheel confirmed, apparently. Thanks all.
